Martin Bland – Finance Director |

Martin Bland is the Company’s
Finance Director. He is responsible for managing the Company’s
financial, administrative and company secretarial affairs. He joined
Amstrad in 1994 and was appointed to the Board on 11 August 1997. He
qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and
previously worked for Rio Tinto plc.
