Sir Alan Sugar is the Chairman
and CEO of Amstrad which he founded in 1968. He was awarded an honorary
DSc in 1988 by the City University Business School and an honorary
DSc in 2005 by Brunel University. He was awarded a Knighthood in the
Millennium New Year’s honours list. He is involved in a number
of charitable activities and in promoting entrepreneurship in the UK. |
